16 year old special driving permit application:
(need proof of passing knowledge/written test, original birth certificate or passport, and $14 check made out to NJ MVC for permit and red stickers)

To take your road test you need to have your permit and original birth certificate or passport.
To get your licenese after you pass you need 6 points of ID (permit, original birth certificate or passport, orginal birth certificate, and printed bank statement with students name and address)
